Electric vehicles (EVs) can achieve longer ranges and charge faster than ever before, so it’s no surprise that EV sales are skyrocketing year-on-year.
As of the end of 2019, there were around 9,000 CCS fast chargers and 640 ultra-fast chargers across Europe. But DC charging infrastructure will need to be expanded beyond 2020 to keep pace with Europe’s growing eMobility market. Moving forward, DC charging infrastructure will need to accommodate not just passenger EVs, but electric buses and trucks as well.
With the above in mind, we’d like to share our thoughts on where and how to create DC charging networks that benefit everyone. We will start with a short introduction to the evolution of DC (HPC) charging, and then move to an overview of the current state of DC charging networks.
Through informative presentations, discussions, and debates, industry leaders will walk you through the use cases and best practices for deploying your own DC charging network—helping you to create an additional revenue stream while also accelerating the adoption of eMobility.
Like previous EVBox webinars, there will be two virtual Q&A sessions so you can get your most pressing questions answered.
